FIT+MINDFUL is a first of its kind wellbeing series held in collaboration with Free Your Spine, a unique pilates method popularised at studios including The Third Space and Shoreditch House.
Treat yourself to an invigorating self care experience, using a playful blend of yoga, pilates and creative spinal movement to relax and release the body from physical and mental tensions. Fusing traditional exercise with mindfulness, each class opens and closes with a self care exercise to help you stay in tune with yourself.
